“A Study of Reading Habits”<\/p>\n
When getting my nose in a book<\/p>\n
Cured most things short of school,<\/p>\n
It was worth ruining my eyes<\/p>\n
To know I could still keep cool,<\/p>\n
And deal out the old right hook<\/p>\n
To dirty dogs twice my size.<\/p>\n
Later, with inch-thick specs,<\/p>\n
Evil was just my lark:<\/p>\n
Me and my cloak and fangs<\/p>\n
Had ripping times in the dark.<\/p>\n
The women I clubbed with sex!<\/p>\n
I broke them up like meringues.<\/p>\n
Don’t read much now: the dude<\/p>\n
Who lest the girl down before<\/p>\n
The hero arrives, the chap<\/p>\n
Who’s yellow and keeps the store,<\/p>\n
Seem far took familiar. Get stewed:<\/p>\n
Books are a load of crap.<\/p>\n
